Pray that everyone will get back on their feet and gain the trust and confidence needed to boost the team to achieve greatness! Wohoo, easier said than done, nevertheless, it's gonna be a rough road that we will ride on, but i believe that we will pull through the thick and the thin! Okay, soo yar, main aim now for me is Project Nutzzz, Sept trip with the team ( is it confirm? ) and lastly and most importantly for many of us....REGATTA! But the latter can wait, so now my main aim is really to whack on Nutzz. I finally feel useful to 100% cos Nutz is just all about running and Justin only can run. Right? Haha, for now can run, when injuries are finally not a hinderance, shall carefully yet swiftly build up for REGATTA! Yup, so anyways, can tell that the year 3s and a handful of year 2s are training hard for Project Nutz, which is good. I really hope that we will find the strength, endurance, and power from some Olympic dude, that will somehow inspire us or sell us his abilities. Yes, main aim is really to get back the freaking trophy we threw away last year, what a pity. It's not going to be easy but it's not impossible. I think that if i can be on par or ahead of the 1st runner for Tri-elite, we'll have better odds winning, if not it's gonna be hard and demoralizing. Haha, really hope that the 1st runner trips or get a false start like us last year. Anyways, been training my freaking legs for this entire week, not forgetting tmr's training..sian. Really feel like a track and field runner, no more dragon boater, haha.
Oh, let's see what other things I've been up to this half of July, hmmm, oh yar. Kok Keong (Hairy bear bear) and I worked as ushers for a one time job thingy for Omega, the official time keeper of Olympic, wow, sounds big right? Haha it was actually quite a big thing. Let me give you a rough idea, first half of the event was the invitation of Defence Minister, Mr Teo something something, i know how to say it but dont know how to spell it. Anyways, me and bear were suppose to greet him when he arrive. But nothing was according to plan as two stupid Ang Mohs stole our role, of course they were big shots, one of them were Swatch chairman for Singapore & Malaysia, the other was his colleague. But who gives a shit about them, me and bear were NPDB rowers, more renowned than them. We were ushers with background. Kok Keong was National and Ivp champion you know, who can say that? And me? Err, 3rd for Plate finals, dont play play. Haha, what were they? Only big shot with big titles and freaking rich, and one of them had a big boob girlfriend. So what? Anyways, it was quite an experience, we simply just stand there to...Stand there, we were paid $8 an hour just to stand with the omega shirt. During our 3 hour break, we were allowed to eat the food that was being served to the VIPs. The food was gastronomical and delicious from the tip of my tongue till the end of my throat, even though it was just finger food. Bear and I were astonished by the rest of the ushers, whom are our colleagues, they were greedy like scavenges ( just like some people in the team =P ). Despite given adequate amount of food, they went to the storage container and grabbed more food, like alot more, let's say twice of what we were given. Nevertheless, me and kok keong KIO SAI ( wohoo learned this word not long ago) haha, yup. So after our hearty meal, the bear and I decided to go watch a movie, yar 2 of us, damn gay...especially cos we went to cine. Cine...aha the amazing get aways for the unique people, like red boy or the recently know hell boy =). Anyways we caught the movie, Red Cliff, which was not too bad for a chinese film. Quite long winded, but luckily to salvage the film, there was action, with acceptable storyline and characters. Thereafter, we headed back to Paragon which the event was held, from 7-11pm. To cut short, more invited guests like celebrities and musicians were present. Celebrities like Felicia Chin, Alvin? Campus super star winner, and a few other chinese dudes were there, don't know their names, o well. It was quite sad to see and hear the musicians play their crap especially when no one's listening. It was really pathetic cos me and kok keong were the only ones clapping, and you could say that we were paid to listen. Haha, yup, the rest of the people were too busy gluing their eyes on the celebrities or too busy munching their served food, to actually appreciate the fine music.
Okay, anyways, Kok keong wanted to take a photo with Felicia soo badly, not me okay ducky, Kok Keong wanted to take! Anyways, I was supposed to ask in the first place, but my balls that night wasn't the size of a lamp post bulb, it was the size of a peanut. So in the end, Kok Keong went to ask for his photo to be taken.
The Hairy Monster and Felicia ChinAfter that i took the opportunity and got my photo taken with her =) Haha, was quite funny ocs there were fans waiting to catch a glimpse of their favourite celebrities. And here we are taking photos with them just for fun. Stupid fans, go home la, also not Hollywood!

She either thinks I'm not handsome enough to give a proper smile.....OR Kok Keong brush his hair onto her somehow, and she prolly felt violated just like that time when he brush his hair onto my mouth, it was phenomenal! But i believe the reason is the latter! haha =)
Okay I want to end off by saying that, being a dragon boater has really made me open minded and understanding on how others think cos everyone is brought up differently and have different backgrounds. Even though I've been in the team for 3 years, I just want to say this to all my fellow team mates.....EXPECT THE UNEXPECTED!
