Just started to gym again, like light weights, but i guess im too eager to start on heavy weights, that explains why my wrist is not recovering as fast as possible. Trying to stay off the heavy weights, maybe for 2-3 weeks? Hopefully less, but i only can hopee!
Caught the show Forgetting Sarah Marshall, it turn out to be quite ordinary for me, love comedy movie. One thing i didn't expect was the main actor to show his front tail. I was stunned when i saw him wagging his tail to his ex-girlfriend whom was breaking up with him at that moment, in the early part of the movie. Haha it was funny, and his peep peep, was huge. Haha. Anyways, the show, is a little different, but always the outcome of the movie is always the same, especially for romantic ones. So expect the expected but there's a few nudity scenes other than the dude's penis haha =)
In the early hours on Tuesday, i went down to kallang for sea rowing, just to help out, cos i know that the seniors will be short of hands to sort of coach the yr2s. Apparently we were really short of hand, even we had difficulty carrying the boat down, it was bad. I had no choice to help cos there were only 13 pple carrying the 200kg boat? Hence, I helped lift the boat with both my hands, sigh, obviously after we lanuched the boat, my wrist started to hurt again. Damn it, 3 sessions of theraphy gone! If I didn't help, someone might get injured or the boat will be damaged. Cos when we flipped the boat, we didn't do a good job cos we didn't have enough strength to flip it properly. The whole boat was filled to the brim with water and wasted quite alot of time bailing water.
Nevertheless, we continued with trg with six yr3s and nine yr2s. We did our starts,one minute power pull, trying to refine it and all but i guess we faced the problem of manpower again. Oh, i coax one set, VP let me haha. That hungry bear was wailing on and on for his Ban Mian during trg. Haha cos of me, i started asking him to go Suntec eat the ban mian, he at first still hesistated saying that he wants to go back to school to eat. But after a while of pychoing him, he gave in and started his call for Ban Mian. HAha, mental weak! :)
After a sumptuous ban mian lunch, we all headed back to school. I always like the feeling of being tired from trg, and able to get a seat on the bus, and have a good sleep on the long journey back to a destination. In school, i gymed with Shaun back. Finally, it has been a long time since i felt that good old muscle aching after a good workout in the gym. Thereafter ran with KK campus route at around 750pm, luckily i had him to run with me, cos campus run is always bloody eerie after dark.
Today, i came early to school with my smellly duck! Like 740am, to run 6th avenue! Haha, yup, we are crazy! I only can wake up early to meet lingsie for this type of runs! Haha, the rest of the time, i will be late :( Anyways, this run in the morning with her, esp 6th avenue route, makes me reminisce the days when we were dating! After the relaxing run, i rushed down to kallang to help coax the yr1's boat. I had to take a cab down cos there was no other way around it, the bus will take forever. Nevertheless, i coax the yr1s boat, and I didn't S course :) Hopefully the yr1s, find the trg efficient and useful, even tho it was milage training.
I headed down to Suntec after training to have a hefty buffett with Lingsie, Han and Neo! I couldn't eat as much as last time, cos i was seriously damn tired. I was like falling asleep while eating! But some crazy person tried to stuff food into my mouth, when i couldn't even eat the food on my plate. On top of that, that person took so much dessert! But it was fun eating till my stomach was spilling out. Too bad, not eating buffetts with that person anymore, cos someone requested it. =) SOOOOO Tired! Tmr there's FYP + TRG!
Holidays come and go!
Next Monday is my One year with my all time favourite ducky! :) I better get started on the card that she wants. If not i must face an angry angry HAMSTER lover! :)
